We are seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide care to our residents.
Job Duties:
~Provide care to clients in our spacious facility
Assist with activities of daily living
~Prepare meals, assist with meal preparation, and help with snacks
~Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff
~Communicate regularly with your team
Complete required documentation for licensing agency review ~Adhere to health & safety regulations, including hygiene standards, safety procedures, and data collection forms
~Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator
Skills:
~Ability to work well with the team and self starter. ~Strong interpersonal skills including patience, tact, and communication skills.
~Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to maintain HIPAA privacy.
~Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the day.
~Previous experience working in healthcare is preferred, but not required.
